BPM is a concept that spans many areas within an organization. For the purposes of our Center, we define BPM as the integration of performance data, management processes and business systems to support leaders in making effective decisions and executing those decisions. By enabling insights, BPM drives improved execution via accountability and transparency. Fisher’s BPM definition includes the following components:
